3. Lead Quality and Pricing

We offer three tiers of lead generation services:

• Basic Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Leads: $60 per qualified lead

All leads are verified and qualified according to your specified criteria before delivery. Pricing may vary based on the complexity of targeting requirements and advertising channels used.

4. Lead Qualification Process

Our lead qualification process includes verification of contact information, interest confirmation, budget assessment, and decision-maker identification. We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept various payment methods and will provide detailed invoicing for all services rendered. Custom payment terms may be arranged for enterprise clients.

6. Refund Policy

If a delivered lead does not meet the agreed-upon qualification criteria, we will provide a replacement lead or issue a refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of lead delivery with supporting documentation.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, target criteria, and lead data. We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability

NanoSpire's liability is limited to the cost of the specific leads in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Service Availability

While we strive to provide consistent service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All proprietary methods, processes, and technologies used in our lead generation services remain the intellectual property of NanoSpire.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
